How do I submit a Subject Access Request?
To submit a request under the General Data Protection Regulation (2020) you should put your request in writing to [email protected].
Our Client Care Team can also submit requests on your behalf at your request.
Once your request has been received, you should receive an acknowledgment to the email address registered to your account with a Request ID. This email will contain the necessary information related to your request and your rights.
To speak to us about your request you should reply to this email to ensure all communications are kept together and prevent unnecessary delays.
